Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations within Toronto, adhering to traffic laws and company guidelines.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries using GPS and provided dispatch tools.
- Handle goods with care, ensuring they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle mileage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Hiring.zycto professionally at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure your personal vehicle meets safety and operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, particularly concerning handling and transportation of goods.
Required Skills
- Valid G-class driver’s license (or equivalent provincial license) with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (car, van) that is insured and well-maintained.
- Excellent knowledge of Toronto's road network, especially the Pleasant View area.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
