Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including room setup and catering.
- Maintain an organised filing system for electronic and hard copy documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or documents as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (minimum 1 year)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
