Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, seat them, and present menus with a detailed understanding of daily specials and menu items.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests, allergies, and dietary needs are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, continuously checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card, and other payment transactions, including end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including proper table setup, timely bussing of tables, and restocking necessary supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless and exceptional service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or complaints promptly and courteously, escalating complex situations to management when necessary to ensure guest happiness.
