Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior pension administrators with day-to-day tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.
  • Process pension plan member forms and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain confidential client files and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and assist with information gathering for pension calculations and reports.
  • Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy across various systems and prepare basic reports.
  • Prepare and dispatch correspondence and mailings to plan members as directed, ensuring professional communication.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge of pension policies and procedures.
