Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle reservation inquiries, cancellations, and modifications promptly and professionally.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with various requests, including luggage handling, directions, and recommendations for dining and activities.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on finding satisfactory solutions.
  • Process guest payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
