Key Responsibilities
- Assist Food Safety Inspectors with routine inspections of food establishments, processing plants, and retail outlets.

- Collect and prepare samples of food products for laboratory analysis, ensuring proper handling and chain of custody.
- Maintain and organize inspection equipment and supplies.
