Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery according to established procedures.
- Load materials into packaging equipment and ensure a continuous supply.
- Perform routine quality checks on packaged products, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies diligently.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and shift supervisors.
- Accurately complete production logs and reports as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to work the night shift schedule consistently.
