Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, checking for unauthorized persons, security breaches, and potential hazards.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to detect and report any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and accurate incident reports regarding all activities, observations, and incidents.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
- Provide a visible security presence, deterring criminal activity and maintaining order.
- Assist visitors and employees with directions and information, acting as a courteous point of contact.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during all shifts.
- Participate actively in all required training and professional development sessions.
