Key Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor customer and employee activity to prevent theft, fraud, and other losses.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises for security risks, hazards, and vulnerabilities.
- Utilize surveillance equipment (CCTV) to identify suspicious behavior and operational irregularities.
- Assist in conducting internal and external investigations under the direction of management.
- Accurately document and report all incidents of theft, fraud, policy violations, or security breaches.
- Maintain a visible presence in designated areas to deter undesirable activity and promote a secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and employees when needed, while maintaining a security-conscious mindset.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company loss prevention policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs to enhance loss prevention skills and knowledge.
