Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified instructions and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities, ensuring all items match the order sheet before packaging.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient packing station and surrounding work areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, as well as general warehouse duties when required.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily packing targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labelling and preparing documentation.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Capable of lifting and carrying packages up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic verbal communication skills in English.
