Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and strategic social media outreach.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads to determine potential fit and interest in Hiring.zycto's offerings.
  • Schedule and prepare for introductory meetings and demonstrations for Senior Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Assist in developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and client satisfaction.
