Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with customers upon entry, offering assistance and product information.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, restocking, and tidying fitting rooms.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and conducting stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Open and close cash registers, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
