Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a direct sales or sales consultant role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
