Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret large datasets from various sources (primary and secondary research) to extract actionable insights.
- Develop and present clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to assess their potential impact on the business strategy.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, define scope, and validate solutions.
- Support the development of business cases, financial models, and strategic plans based on market intelligence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on market research and strategy.
