Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock reconciliations to maintain optimal supply.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues efficiently.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, inventory, and vendor communications.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Assist in negotiating rates with freight companies and suppliers to optimize costs.
