Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the training and development of new and existing staff members.
