Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily waste collection and disposal from residential and commercial areas.
- Operate and maintain sanitation equipment, including compactors, sweepers, and other tools, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct street cleaning and litter removal in designated areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, hazards, or unusual observations to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of routes and tasks.
- Assist with loading and unloading waste materials and managing recycling efforts.
- Engage with the public in a professional and courteous manner when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the sanitation operations.
