Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily waste collection and disposal from residential and commercial areas.
  • Operate and maintain sanitation equipment, including compactors, sweepers, and other tools, safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct street cleaning and litter removal in designated areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, hazards, or unusual observations to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of routes and tasks.
  • Assist with loading and unloading waste materials and managing recycling efforts.
  • Engage with the public in a professional and courteous manner when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the sanitation operations.
