Key Responsibilities
- Perform various construction-related tasks including site preparation, material handling, and basic carpentry.
- Operate hand and power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions with precision.
- Adhere strictly to all company and industry safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., hammers, drills, saws).
- Strong understanding and commitment to construction site safety practices.
