Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment to track inventory.
- Safely operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Communicate any discrepancies, issues, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods during the night shift.
