Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required lifeguard training sessions, including swimming drills, rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR.
- Observe and shadow certified lifeguards to learn and understand surveillance techniques and pool management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe aquatic facility, including monitoring water quality, tidying the deck, and organizing equipment.

- Practice enforcing facility rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop effective communication skills for interacting with patrons, colleagues, and supervisors.
