Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service, assisting them in finding merchandise and making selections.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
- Restock merchandise, ensure proper sizing and display, and assist with visual merchandising efforts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and conducting stock counts.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
