Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor building access for residents, visitors, and vendors during night shifts.
- Respond promptly and effectively to resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure security and identify maintenance issues.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarm panels, reporting suspicious activities.
- Receive and distribute packages and mail as per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and guest registrations.
- Assist with minor issues such as lockout assistance or initial response to service requests.
- Ensure common areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable.
