Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers as they approach the fitting room area and manage their entry.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all fitting rooms, ensuring they are always ready for the next customer.
- Assist customers with garment selection, sizing, and provide honest, helpful style advice as needed.
- Monitor the number of items customers take into fitting rooms and retrieve any forgotten or unwanted merchandise.
- Efficiently recover merchandise from fitting rooms, ensuring items are correctly hung and returned to the sales floor promptly.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Uphold store standards for merchandising, presentation, and customer service.
- Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth transition for customers from fitting rooms to the sales floor or checkout.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
Required Skills
