Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate vendor records and databases, ensuring all information is current and complete.
- Support the vendor relations team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between vendors and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Help onboard new vendors by gathering necessary documentation and completing initial setup procedures.
- Monitor vendor performance against established metrics and assist in drafting performance summaries.
- Organize and manage contract documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to terms.
- Provide general administrative support to the vendor relations department as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
