Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor departmental and project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Perform regular and thorough reconciliation of all financial accounts, including bank statements, general ledgers, and subsidiary accounts.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting, for management review.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all internal financial policies, relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP), and statutory regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Collaborate proactively with various departments to gather financial data and provide budget-related guidance.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly and effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and accounts reconciliation.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
