Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative and seasonal dessert menus, ensuring creativity and consistency with brand identity.
- Create and refine recipes for a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Oversee all aspects of the pastry section, including production, plating, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order ingredients, and control food costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior pastry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations in the pastry kitchen.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to align dessert offerings with overall menu themes and special events.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times.
