Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently lift, carry, and load/unload household and office items onto moving trucks.
- Pack and unpack items carefully, ensuring proper handling and protection.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Secure items in moving trucks to prevent shifting and damage during transit.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of moves.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures to prevent injuries and property damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and moving equipment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of moving equipment and vehicles (if applicable).
- Navigate various locations in Toronto, assisting with directions and logistics.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (75+ lbs).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in moving, general labor, warehousing, or a physically demanding role (6+ months).
- Valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of packing techniques and furniture handling.
- Experience with basic tools for furniture assembly/disassembly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
