Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior event coordinators in planning and executing various events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment rentals, and transportation.
- Manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare event documentation, including proposals, contracts, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for events, including social media updates and content creation.
- Oversee on-site event setup, registration, attendee management, and breakdown.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and maintaining organized files.
- Conduct research on potential venues, vendors, and event trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Address attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally during events.
