Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants, focusing on both exceptional cabin service and paramount safety protocols. As a Flight Attendant, you will be the primary point of contact for travellers, responsible for their well-being from boarding to disembarkation. Your day will be far from routine, encompassing pre-flight checks, welcoming passengers, conducting safety demonstrations, serving refreshments and meals, and being ready to respond to any in-flight situation with calm professionalism. You will be trained to handle medical emergencies, security incidents, and various unforeseen circumstances, acting as a crucial first responder. Maintaining a high standard of cabin presentation, adhering to all regulatory guidelines, and working seamlessly with the flight deck crew and ground staff are all integral parts of your daily responsibilities. You’ll be representing the airline with every interaction, upholding our reputation for excellence and reliability. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, equipment, and supplies.
  • Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and ensure cabin security and comfort.
  • Perform mandatory safety demonstrations, including the use of emergency equipment.
  • Serve food and beverages, attend to passenger requests, and maintain a pleasant cabin atmosphere.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies, security threats, and other critical incidents.
  • Administer first aid and provide assistance to passengers with special needs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all aviation safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the flight crew and ground personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage in-flight sales and handle passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Complete all necessary reports and documentation accurately after each flight.

Required Skills

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • A valid UK passport allowing unrestricted international travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Mandarin).
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, retail, or healthcare.
  • Current First Aid and/or CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of aviation safety procedures and regulations.
