Job Description

Maintaining a high standard of cabin presentation, adhering to all regulatory guidelines, and working seamlessly with the flight deck crew and ground staff are all integral parts of your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, equipment, and supplies.
- Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and ensure cabin security and comfort.
- Perform mandatory safety demonstrations, including the use of emergency equipment.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to passenger requests, and maintain a pleasant cabin atmosphere.
- Respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies, security threats, and other critical incidents.
- Administer first aid and provide assistance to passengers with special needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all aviation safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the flight crew and ground personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage in-flight sales and handle passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Complete all necessary reports and documentation accurately after each flight.
