Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients upon arrival and departure, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Manage spa appointments efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our booking software.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process payments for services and products accurately and handle daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine appearance of the reception area, lounge, and retail display.
- Educate clients on spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products, promoting sales where appropriate.
- Assist clients with check-in procedures, complete necessary paperwork, and guide them through their spa journey.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and estheticians to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle client feedback and resolve minor issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory checks.
- Uphold spa policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
