Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks related to crop production, including planting, weeding, pruning, harvesting, and packaging produce.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (e.g., tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems) when required.
- Assist with animal care duties, such as feeding, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring animal health (depending on farm type and location).
- Participate in general farm maintenance, including fence repair, building upkeep, and clearing debris to ensure operational efficiency.
- Load and unload supplies, materials, and products, ensuring proper handling, inventory, and storage procedures are followed.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and protocols on the farm to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to achieve daily production targets and farm goals.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of work performed when required for operational transparency and compliance.
