Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various manual labor tasks related to crop production, including planting, weeding, pruning, harvesting, and packaging produce.
  • Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (e.g., tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems) when required.
  • Assist with animal care duties, such as feeding, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring animal health (depending on farm type and location).
  • Participate in general farm maintenance, including fence repair, building upkeep, and clearing debris to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Load and unload supplies, materials, and products, ensuring proper handling, inventory, and storage procedures are followed.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and protocols on the farm to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to achieve daily production targets and farm goals.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of work performed when required for operational transparency and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall farm operations and adapt to changing agricultural needs.

Required Skills

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
