Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.
- Offer comprehensive information regarding local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options in Pudsey and the greater Leeds area.
- Efficiently handle guest requests, including making reservations for restaurants, theatres, and tours; arranging transportation; and coordinating luggage services.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby or reception area.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel/apartment departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages for guests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local events.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as required.
