Hiring.zycto is seeking a diligent and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Seacroft, Leeds. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and tidying rooms.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Replenish linen, towels, and guest supplies according to company standards.
- Handle reasonable guests requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of storage areas and trolleys.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within set timeframes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good physical condition and stamina, capable of performing demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper usage.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
