Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all patrons upon their arrival at the theatre.
  • Efficiently scan and verify tickets, guiding patrons to their assigned seats with clear directions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding showtimes, venue facilities, and amenities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for patron inquiries and resolve minor issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain constant vigilance to ensure patron safety and security, adhering to all emergency procedures.
  • Monitor theatre aisles and exits for cleanliness, safety hazards, and compliance with venue policies.
  • Assist patrons with special needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and comfort.
  • Distribute programs and other promotional materials as required before performances.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow ushers, box office, and management to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Support post-show duties, including light clean-up and preparing the venue for subsequent events.
