Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately, handling cash, card payments, and processing returns/exchanges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-merchandised according to company standards.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and price changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
