Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, demonstrating patience and clear communication.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and maintain a high standard of service.
- Stay updated on new technologies, products, and support procedures through continuous learning and training.
