Job Description

Hiring.zycto is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Part-Time Telemarketer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills who is comfortable engaging prospective clients over the phone. As a Telemarketer, you will be instrumental in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and databases to introduce products/services.
  • Articulate the benefits and features of our offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to identify customer needs, interest, and purchasing intent.
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads directly to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Adhere strictly to all company guidelines, communication scripts, and data privacy regulations.
  • Provide constructive feedback on script effectiveness and customer responses to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain discipline in a remote work setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong personal drive to meet and exceed challenging targets.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejections gracefully while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience specifically in a remote or work-from-home telemarketing environment.
  • Familiarity with the B2B (Business-to-Business) sales cycle or lead generation processes.
  • Experience with predictive dialer systems or similar telemarketing tools.
