Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and gentle medication reminders to clients in their homes.
  • Ensure clients take the correct dosage of prescribed medication according to their individual care plan.
  • Observe and accurately document clients' medication intake and any noticeable changes in their condition or behaviour.
  • Promptly report any concerns, issues, or refusal of medication to senior staff or designated healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all client visits and interactions.
  • Build and maintain positive, respectful, and professional relationships with clients and their families.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development as required.
  • Offer general companionship and a reassuring presence during scheduled visits.
