Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Ad Manager to join our growing team in Netherton, Liverpool. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing high-performance paid social media and PPC campaigns across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results for our diverse client base, ensuring their advertising efforts are impactful, measurable, and aligned with their unique business objectives. You will be a key player in shaping our clients’ digital presence, from initial strategy conception through to granular performance analysis and reporting. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and mitigating risks in an ever-evolving landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, content, and client services teams to deliver integrated and successful campaigns, contributing directly to client growth and retention. Your expertise will not only manage existing campaigns but also lead the charge in identifying emerging trends and technologies in paid digital advertising, ensuring Hiring.zycto and its clients remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant search engines.
  • Design and execute paid social media strategies and campaigns across leading platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to inform strategic campaign development.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and collaborate effectively with the creative team for engaging visuals and landing page optimization.
  • Manage and meticulously optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to achieve client KPIs and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Perform rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and targeting methods to continually improve campaign performance and identify winning strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and meticulously report on campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC and social media advertising.
  • Communicate transparently and effectively with clients and internal teams regarding campaign performance, strategic adjustments, and overall results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign expansion, explore new advertising channels, and propose innovative advertising solutions to drive client success.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social Media (Meta, LinkedIn) campaigns.
  • Demonstrable expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4) for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with other paid social platforms (e.g., Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with advanced tracking setups (e.g., Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategy.
