Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate positioning strategies that align with Hiring.zycto’s business objectives and values.
- Define, articulate, and maintain the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging across all internal and external communications.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Product, HR) to ensure brand consistency and coherence across all initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring adherence by all departments and external partners.
- Manage corporate reputation and crisis communications in conjunction with the PR team.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, conduct regular brand audits, and report on the effectiveness of brand strategies.
- Lead the development of key corporate messaging frameworks and ensure their consistent application.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility and perception.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management and corporate positioning.
Required Skills
