Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues via helpdesk tickets, phone, or in-person.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of common desktop and laptop problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, accounts, and necessary access.
  • Document IT support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and assist with procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of user requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing IT training and professional development activities.

  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain it.
