Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic IT problems, including operating system issues (Windows/macOS), application errors, and connectivity concerns.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures in the internal knowledge base.
- Monitor IT systems and networks for performance and security alerts, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex issues and infrastructure projects.
