Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user-generated content (videos, comments, livestreams) on YouTube and TikTok platforms.
- Enforce platform-specific community guidelines and terms of service, making swift and accurate moderation decisions.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-priority content issues to senior moderators or relevant internal teams.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in applying content policies.
- Stay informed about current events, online trends, and emerging content risks to inform moderation efforts.
- Contribute to improving moderation processes and guidelines through feedback and insights.
- Protect user data and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all reviewed content and moderation activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
