Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients regarding cloud services and infrastructure via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common cloud-related issues, including connectivity, access, and basic service configurations.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers while providing detailed documentation of initial troubleshooting steps.
  • Monitor cloud systems and services for performance, availability, and security alerts.
  • Assist clients with account management, service activation, and billing inquiries.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for common issues, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with new cloud technologies, services, and best practices through continuous learning and training.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows)
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Prior experience in a help desk or customer support role (even non-IT)
  • Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
