Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque cashing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong client relationships.
  • Educate customers on various banking products and services, referring them to specialists as needed.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard bank assets and customer information.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and other service requests, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the bank at all times.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality.
