Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong client relationships.
- Educate customers on various banking products and services, referring them to specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard bank assets and customer information.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and other service requests, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the bank at all times.
