Key Responsibilities
- Scout and identify emerging artists, bands, and producers across various genres and platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, promoters, and other industry professionals.
- Evaluate demo submissions, live performances, and online presence to assess artistic potential and market viability.
- Prepare detailed artist reports, including market analysis, creative direction, and commercial potential, for internal review.
- Act as a primary point of contact for signed artists, guiding their artistic development and career strategy.
- Liaise effectively with marketing, legal, production, and publicity departments to ensure cohesive artist campaigns.
- Attend industry showcases, festivals, and networking events to represent Hiring.zycto and build connections.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of recording, publishing, and other relevant contracts.
- Monitor music trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to inform A&R strategy and identify opportunities.
