Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Support clients with medication reminders and administration, following strict guidelines.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and hoisting where necessary, using appropriate equipment.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Undertake light domestic duties, such as tidying and laundry, to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community access.
- Accurately record and report on client well-being and any changes in condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
