Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, clarifying instructions and reinforcing concepts.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch breaks, and field trips.
- Prepare learning materials, visual aids, and classroom displays as directed by the teacher.
- Support students with special needs under the guidance of the teacher and specialist staff.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as grading papers, record-keeping, and organizing supplies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
