Job Description
This role isn’t just about managing events; it’s about being the architect of our organizational soul. As our Culture Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Hiring.zycto, instrumental in nurturing a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace that truly reflects our innovative spirit. In the fast-paced world of a tech startup, culture is not a luxury; it’s our competitive edge, a magnet for top talent, and the fuel for sustained creativity. You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across all departments to identify, define, and continuously enhance our unique cultural identity, ensuring it scales gracefully with our ambitious growth.
Your mission will be to translate our vision into tangible experiences that resonate with every employee. From onboarding journeys that ignite enthusiasm to developing recognition programs that celebrate achievements, you’ll craft initiatives that foster strong connections and a deep sense of psychological safety. We’re looking for someone who breathes life into our values, transforming them from abstract concepts into daily practices. This involves not only designing strategic cultural programs but also being a visible, approachable champion for our people, acting as a trusted resource and advocate. You’ll lead efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring our environment supports individuals from all backgrounds to thrive and contribute their best work.
A critical aspect of this role will be the continuous measurement and adaptation of our cultural initiatives. You’ll gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal channels, leveraging data to inform your strategies and demonstrate impact. This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role; it demands a proactive, iterative approach to cultural development. You’ll also play a key part in internal communications, ensuring transparency and alignment, and helping to articulate our story both internally and externally. If you’re a natural community builder, a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of human dynamics, and eager to leave an indelible mark on a growing tech company, this is your opportunity to shine. We seek an individual who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, someone who is passionate about creating an environment where employees don’t just work, but truly belong and flourish.
