Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Manage user accounts, including password resets, account creation, and permission modifications.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and configurations in the IT ticketing system.
  • Educate users on basic IT procedures and best practices to minimize future issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient IT inventory.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as directed.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications (MS Office Suite).
